揭阳潮汕国际机场乘坐机场快线（汕头西线）在汕头大学站下车，5分钟可步行至广东以色列理工学院。 汕头火车站/汕头站（高铁站）乘坐公交K3路/6路至广东以色列理工学院站或汕头大学站下车，5分钟步行至广东以色列理工学院。 注：新生可凭录取通知书在火车站购买优惠学生票 接站服务 学校8月11日在揭阳潮汕国际机场和潮州潮汕站安排车辆接站，接站时间为10:00至17:00，最终发车时间将根据问卷情况进行调整。
学生需购买城乡居民基本医疗保险，费用约220元人民币/年，具体以汕头市社会保险基金管理局公布的标准为准。已在汕头或其它地方办理城乡居民基本医疗保险的学生，请继续缴纳，无法同时办理两份城乡居民医疗保险。
因学习需要，建议学生携带便携式电脑。电脑主要用于文档处理，无特殊配置要求。
学生可选择自带或到学校周边商家购买床上和生活用品，学生公寓配备洗衣机、烘干机、微波炉、床垫，无需自带床垫。
学生档案由学生本人自带或由毕业学校转接，自带应妥善保管，严禁拆封。报到时尚未取得档案的学生，可报到后补交。
学校不建议迁移户口，如选择办理户口迁移手续，须凭录取通知书到户籍所在地派出所办理。
档案、党团组织关系在报到后另行通知收取。学生无须提交兵役证。

The Preparatory Courses will start on August 13, so you have to arrive
before the date. If you cannot arrive on time, please apply for absence

Acceptance Letter & Identification Card
From Jieyang Chaoshan International Airport, you can travel to the GTIIT by Shantou West Line of Airport Express. Note: You may buy discount train ticket with youracceptance letter. Pick-up Service From Jieyang Chaoshan International Airport and Chaozhou Chaoshan Railway Station, you can travel to the GTIIT by the GTIIT shuttle bus for free from 10:00 to 17:00 on August 11. Student volunteers will be able to meet you in the station and guide you to the shuttle bus.
You are suggested to buy medical insurance. The cost is about 220 RMB per year, which is subject to the Shantou Social Security Bureau.
You are suggested to bring your own laptop for study purpose.
The student rooms are well furnished with air-conditioner, fans, washing machine, dryer, microwave oven, mattress.
Please keep your Personal File sealed. And if you like you could transfer your HUKOU (registered residence) to Shantou. And you are required to transfer your membership to GTIIT if you are a member of CPC or Youth League Committee.
