A Night That Changed Life
Tom and his band made their living byplaying music on the street, travelling from town to town. The band was notable to make much money, so some wanted to give up. The whole band was persuaded, and they decided to perform at their best.But the winter came with strong wind and heavy snow. One cold night, very fewpeople came as they expected, but they were so happy that some people did enjoythe show. Theyimmediately read it, “You have performed beautifully tonight. Thanks a lot!Would you please come to my office tomorrow morning?” The note was from amanager of a famous music company.
