清北毕业生出国率下降
Fewer graduates from China's top two universities-Tsinghua University and Peking University-have chosen to continue their education abroad in recent years, according to data from the two institutions.
清华大学和北京大学的数据显示，近年来，中国两所顶尖大学的毕业生选择出国留学的人数有所减少。
Tsinghua University said 15.3 percent of last year's graduates went abroad to study, down 1.2 percentage points from 2018 and 1.7 percentage points from 2017. It added the figure has continued to fall this year.
清华大学称，去年15.3%的毕业生选择出国留学，分别比2018年和2017年下降1.2和1.7个百分点，今年的出国留学人数继续下降。
In addition,29 percent of last year's graduates have chosen to continue their studies at domestic universities and research institutes, compared with 28.5 percent in 2018 and 2017.

Data from Peking University showed a similar trend, with fewer graduates choosing to continue their studies abroad.
北京大学的数据也显示了类似的趋势，选择出国留学的毕业生越来越少。
Last year,14.8 percent of graduates from the university chose to study abroad after their graduation,down from 15.2 percent in 2018 and 15.6 percent in 2017.
去年，有14.8%的北京大学毕业生选择出国留学，低于2018年的15.2%和2017年的15.6%。
