一、学校简介
福建江夏学院是福建省人民政府举办的省属全日制普通本科高校、硕士学位授予单位。学校由福建经济管理干部学院、福建财会管理干部学院、福建省政法管理干部学院、福建金融职业技术学院合并组建，于2010年3月经教育部批准正式建立，办学历史可追溯到1957年。校园规划面积1388.4亩，主校区坐落于福州地区大学城，校区建设得到世纪金源集团的捐助。学校先后获全省高校党建工作示范校、“三全育人”综合改革试点高校、首批深化创新创业教育改革示范高校、首批5A级平安校园、平安单位、文明校园、五一劳动奖状、黄炎培职业教育优秀学校奖等荣誉称号。2018年入选福建省示范性应用型本科高校，2022年入选福建省一流应用型建设高校。
学校现有13个二级学院和2个教学部，金融、公共管理2个硕士学位授权点，开设46个本科专业，涵盖22个一级学科和经、管、法、文、理、工、艺等7个学科门类。专任教师800余人，高级职称约400人，省级教学科研团队9个，全国优秀教师2人。面向全国23个省（自治区、直辖市）招生，并招收国际及港澳台侨学生，在校生1.4万余人。
二、招生专业及人数
招收本科学历教育，学制四年，在学年限：4-6年。
实行学分制，办理学籍和毕业证书电子注册。学生修完培养方案中规定的学分，准予毕业，颁发本科毕业证书；对符合学位授予条件的国际学生颁发学士学位证书。
（一）招生专业：经济与贸易类：国际经济与贸易；
（二）招生人数：2026年招收国际学生6人。
三、入学条件
（一）所有申请者须为18-30周岁持有效外国护照、具有高中毕业（或同等学历）以上学历的非中国籍公民，身体健康，品行良好，无犯罪记录，愿意遵守中国政府的法律和学校的规章制度，尊重中国人民的风俗习惯。
（二）具备汉语水平考试（HSK）四级以上或相当水平的汉语能力。整个中学阶段以汉语为主要教学语言的高中毕业生，申请本科入学时可以申请免交 HSK 证书，但须出具相应证明。
（三）外籍华人须持有效的外国护照或国籍证明4年（含）以上，且最近4年（截至入学年度的4月30日前）之内有在国外实际居住2年以上的记录（一年中实际在国外居住满9个月可按一年算，以入境和出境签章为准）。
四、收费标准
国际留学生的收费标准（以人民币计算）如下：
（一）学费：文科类本科专业：14000元/生·学年；
（二）住宿费：学校统一安排学生公寓住宿,公寓内装有互联网线，可免费上网，住宿费标准：970元/生·学年（6人间）。
（三）保险费：800元人民币/年。
（四）其他费用：办理居住许可相关费用、签证费、体检费、书本费、材料费、电话费、传真费、邮费、教学计划外的实验、实习和参观旅游等费用自理。
（五）基本生活费：学生生活费用自理。
五、奖学金
（一）学校国际学生奖学金每年评审一次，有效期为一年。奖学金标准如下：
1.一等奖学金：一学年学费、住宿费、保险费、资助生活费（10000元）；
2.二等奖学金：一学年学费、住宿费、保险费、资助生活费（8000元）；
（二）国际学生每学年入学应先缴齐相关费用后，按规定向所属学院提交奖学金书面申请，学校根据相关规定，从申请者中择优选拔奖学金候选人，经过审批公示后发放。
（三）奖学金获得者在校期间违反中国政府法律法规、校规校纪的，学校有权终止其奖学金资格或停发部分奖学金。
（四）优秀学生可申请福建省政府外国留学生奖学金，我校将从申请者中择优选拔奖学金候选人，并报福建省教育厅进行最终审核。
六、医疗保险
学校要求所有国际学生在校学习期间必须至少购买意外和医疗等保险。学生可在来华前或来华后购买保险。报名注册时，学生须提交保险公司（或其它相关机构）开具的意外险和医疗险保单，保险单的文字须为中文或英文。对于没有购买所要求的医疗保险者，学校将不予办理注册手续。
七、入学申请流程
（一）申请时间
2026年4月30日18:00前（北京时间）
（二）所需材料
1．《福建江夏学院国际学生申请表》（详见附件1）扫描件（用中文或英文填写，签名用电子签名）；
2．个人近期正面半身免冠2寸彩色白底照片电子版；
3．本人护照扫描件，应有3年以上（含3年）有效期；
4．健康证明或《外国人体格检查表》扫描件；
5．本人最高学历（至少高中以上）毕业证书扫描件（中文或英文公证件）；
6．本人最高学历（至少高中以上）阶段全部成绩单扫描件（中文或英文公证件）；
7．无犯罪记录证明扫描件；
8．经济保证材料：直系亲属近半年银行流水单扫描件，需写明亲属姓名、联系方式、联系地址、亲属关系等；国际学生经济担保书（详见附件2）；
9．汉语水平考试（HSK）证书扫描件；
10．一封推荐信扫描件（可由原就读学校出具）；
11．申请人个人陈述，内容应包括：（用英文或中文陈述对中国及福建江夏学院印象，与申请课程相关的学习、工作经历及研究计划，若有相关学术科研成果或发表刊物请在陈述中体现），不少于400字；
12．如已工作，请提供所在单位的工作证明。
请申请者将上述所有材料以PDF格式按照顺序编号提交，纸质版按以上顺序整理后留存，待到校报到后提交用于复核。申请材料不实，缺漏者，学校概不受理。不论录取与否，以上材料一律不予退还。
（三）报名方法：
通过电子邮件形式向福建江夏学院国际合作处提交报名材料。
（四）录取：
学校将对申请人提供的申请材料进行初审，并对通过初审的申请人进行面试，综合申请材料和面试结果，择优录取。如申请人被录取，学校将会尽快发出录取通知书及外国留学人员来华签证申请表（JW202）。
八、学习签证办理
国际学生凭录取通知书及JW202表到中国驻所在国的大使馆或领事馆办理来华学生签证。进入中国30天内，必须将学习签证“X”转换成居留许可，办证费用、体检费用自理。建议学生在所在国医疗机构先行进行体检，携带医疗机构出具的《外国人体格检查表》、X光片、血液检查记录等体检报告原件到校报到。

1. Overview
Fujian Jiangxia University （FJJXU）is a provincial full-time ordinary undergraduate university organized by Fujian Provincial Government. It is an application-oriented undergraduate university with close industry, emphasizing openness and creating characteristics. It was officially established in March 2010 by the Ministry of Education，China. The history can be traced back to 1957. The main campus is located in the university town of Fuzhou.
The university has 13 second-level colleges and 2 teaching departments, two master's degree authorization points in finance and public administration,with 46 undergraduate majors, covering 22 first-level disciplines and 7 disciplines including economics, management, law, liberal arts, science, engineering and art.
There are more than 800 full-time teachers, 400 with senior titles.There are 9 provincial teaching and research teams, 74 high-level top-notch talents of various types, and 2 national excellent teachers. It recruits students from 23 provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government), and recruits international students from Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan, with more than 14,000 students.
In 2016, the university passed the undergraduate teaching evaluation of the Ministry of Education with high quality. In 2018, it was selected as a model application-oriented undergraduate university in Fujian Province. In 2022, the university was selected as a first-class application-oriented university in Fujian Province, and was approved as a masters degree awarding unit in 2024.
2. Enrollment major and number of students
Undergraduate education, four years, length of schooling: 4-6 years.

Implement the credit system, for the electronic registration of school status and graduation certificate. After students complete the credits specified in the training program, graduation certificate will be awarded, and bachelors degree certificate will be awarded to international students qualified for degree awarding.
3.Admission conditions
(1) All applicants must be non-Chinese citizens aged 18-30 with valid foreign passports, high school graduates (or equivalent) or above, ingood health, good conduct, have no criminal record, willing to abide by the laws of the Chinese government and the rules and regulations of the school, and respect the customs and customs of the Chinese people.
(2) Have the Chinese proficiency test (HSK) level 4 or above or equivalent Chinese ability. High school graduates who take Chinese as the main teaching language in the whole middle school can apply for the HSK certificate when applying for undergraduate admission, but the corresponding certificate must be issued.
(3) Foreign Chinese shall hold a valid foreign passport ornationality certificate for more than 4 years (inclusive), and have a record of living abroad for more than 2 years in the last 4 years (up to April 30 of the enrollment year) (9 months of living abroadin one year can be counted as one year, and the entry and exit seals shall prevail).
4. fee scale
The fees for international students (calculated in RMB) are as follows:
(1) Tuition fee: 14,000 yuan / student · academic year;
(2) Accommodation fee: The school arranges accommodation in the student apartment, which is equipped with Internet line and Internet access for free. The accommodation fee standard is 970yuan / student school year (6persons ) .
(3) Insurance premium: RMB 800 / year.
(4) Other expenses: expenses related to residence permit, visa fee, physical examination fee, book fee, material fee, telephonefee, telephone fee, fax fee, postage fee, unplanned experiment, practice and travel expenses shall be borne by oneself.
(5) Basic living expenses: the students living expenses are borne by themselves.
5. scholarship
(1) The International Student Scholarship will be reviewed once a year and is valid for one year. The scholarship criteria areprovided as follows:
a. First-class scholarship: tuition, accommodation, insurance, living allowance (10,000 yuan);
b. Second-class scholarship: one-year tuition, accommodation, insurance and living allowance (8,000 yuan);
(2) International students should pay the relevant fees for each academic year, and then submit a written application for scholarship to their respective colleges according to the regulations. Theuniversity will select the best candidates from the applicants according to relevant regulations, and the scholarship will be issued after approval and publicity.
(3) If the scholarship winner violates the laws and regulations of the Chinese government and the school rules and regulations during the school period, the university has the right to terminate his scholarship qualification or suspend part of the scholarship.
(4) Excellent students can apply for the Fujian Provincial
Government Foreign Students Scholarship. Our university will select the best candidates from the applicants and report them to theFujian Provincial Department of Education for final review.
6. Medical insurance
The school requires all international students to buy at least insurance for accident and medical treatment during school study. Students can buy insurance before or after coming to China.
Whenregistration, students must submit accident and medical insurance policies issued by the insurance company (or other relevant institutions), which must be in Chinese or English. The school will not register for those who do not buy the required medical insurance.
7. Admission application process
(1)Application time：

(2)The required materials
a. Application Form for Study at FUJIAN JIANGXIA UNIVERSITY(See the attachment1 ) scanned copy(fill in Chinese or English, signature with electronic signature)
b. Electronic version of personal recent frontal half-body bareheaded 2-inch color white background photo;
c. The scanned copy of my passport should be valid for more than 3 years (including 3 years);
d. Scanning copy of the health certificate or the physical examination form for foreigners;
e. Scanning copy of my highest diploma (at least high school) (Chinese or English);
f. Scanning copies of all my transcripts (Chinese or English public certificates) with the highest degree (at least high school or above);
g. Scan copy of no criminal record certificate;
h. The scanned copy of the economic guarantee materials (the bank statement of the immediate family members in the past half a year), indicating the name, contact information, contact address, kinship relationship, etc. (see the attachment2 );
i. Scanned copy of Chinese Proficiency Test (HSK) certificate;
j. A scanned letter of recommendation (which can be issued by the original school);
k. The applicants personal statement shall include: (inEnglish or Chinese, state the impression of China and FujianJiangxia University, the study, work experience and research plan related to the applicationcourses, if there are relevant academic research achievements orpublications, please reflect in thestatement, not less than 400 words);
l. If you have worked, please provide the work certificate of your unit.Please submit all the above materials in PDF format, and the paper version should be kept in the above order and submitted for review after the registration. The application materials are not true, and the missing materials will not be accepted by the school. Admission or not, the above materials will not be returned.
(3)Registration method:
Submit the application materials to the International Cooperation Office of Fujian Jiangxia University by email.
(4)Admission:
The university will conduct a preliminary examination of the application materials provided by the applicants, and interview the applicants who pass the preliminary examination. Combine the application materials and the interview results, and select the best candidates for admission. If the applicant is admitted, the university will issue the admission notice and the visa application form for foreign students in China as soon as possible (JW 202).
8. Study visa processing
International students should present the admission letter and the form JW 202 to the Chinese embassy or consulate for a student visa. Within 30 days of entering China, you must convert your study visa "X" into a residence permit, and the registration fees and physical examination fees will be paid by yourself. It is recommended that students have a physical examination in the medical institutions of the country where they live, and bring the original physical examination form, X-ray sheet, blood examination records and other physical examination reports issued by the medical institutions to the school.
