All applicants must be non-Chinese citizens aged 18-30 with valid foreign passports, high school graduates (or equivalent) or above, in good health, good conduct, have no criminal record, willing to abide by the laws of the Chinese government and the rules and regulations of the school, and respect the customs and customs of the Chinese people.
Have the Chinese proficiency test HSK-4 or above or equivalent Chinese ability. High school graduates who take Chinese as the main teaching language in the whole middle school can apply for the HSK certificate when applying for undergraduate admission, but the corresponding certificate must be issued.
Foreign Chinese shall hold a valid foreign passport or nationality certificate for more than 4 years (inclusive), and have a record of living abroad for more than 2 years in the last 4 years (up to April 30 of the enrollment year) (9 months of living abroad in one year can be counted as one year, and the entry and exit seals shall prevail).
The fees for international students (calculated in RMB) are as follows:
1.Registration fee: RMB 500 (can be paid after registration). 2.Insurance premium: RMB 800 / year. 3.Tuition: liberal arts undergraduate major: 14000 yuan / student · academic year; science undergraduate major: 15500 yuan / student · academic year; 4.Accommodation fee: The school arranges accommodation for the student apartment, which is equipped with Internet line and free Internet access. The university's international student scholarship is reviewed once a year and is valid for one year. The scholarship criteria are provided as follows:
1.First-class scholarship: full scholarship, including one-year tuition fee (tuition standard for each major), accommodation fee, registration fee, medical insurance fee, and living expenses (10,000 yuan);
2.Second-class scholarship: one-year tuition fee (tuition standard for each major), accommodation fee, registration fee, medical insurance fee, living expenses (8,000 yuan);

International students should first pay the relevant fees for each academic year, and then submit a written application for scholarship to their respective colleges according to the regulations. If the scholarship winner violates the laws and regulations of the Chinese government and the school rules and regulations during the school period, the university has the right to terminate the scholarship qualification or suspend part of the scholarship.
The university requires all international students to buy at least insurance for accident and medical treatment during school study. Students can buy insurance before or after coming to China. When registration, students must submit accident and medical insurance policies issued by the insurance company (or other relevant institutions), which must be in Chinese or English.
